Hello Everyone!
Welcome to Tween Queen Designs, our new tween inspired design blog! Tween Queen Designs began as an attempt to spend a little more quality time with my daughter while I was desperately searching for a creative outlet outside of the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I was struck with some very random inspiration one day as we were cleaning out her closet and purging the too-small clothing my little girl had outgrown. I began almost immediately teaching her how to sew and showing her how to upcycle clothing and fabric to make something out of nearly nothing. As our creativity and newly developing skills began to take over, our home has quickly become overrun by all of our creations. This is when we agreed it was time to begin sharing it with the rest of the world. Tween Queen is a mommy and me type project geared primarily to the tween-age generation. With my own 10 year old Tween Queen by my side to help inspire the majority of the designs we feel we have a pretty good handle on what today's tweens are in to. I hope you stick with us through what we hope is an amazing journey ahead!
